The quickest and most efficient way to order your prescription is by using the online request form. Follow the link at the top of this page and carry out a simple registration and then it will be easy to order your prescriptions online in the future. We ask all patients who have internet access to use this option as it keeps the phone lines free for unwell patients.
Alternatively patients can arrange for their regular chemist to collect prescriptions on their behalf.
If you do not have internet access then there are a few other options to log your prescription request
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to speak to our practice pharmacist at least once a year to review these regular medications.
Please allow two full working days between requesting and collecting your prescription
Please click the above link to request your acute medication. This will direct you to a simple registration process the first time and thereafter you can easily order your medication online.
Acute medications are any medication that are not on your repeat prescription. For example a new medication that you have not had before, or a medication you may only order infrequently as required.
Please try and supply as much information as possible regarding why you need this medication in the "other details" section of the online form. This is so it can be actioned by our pharmacy team without needing to contact you. Please also supply a contact number as in some instances we may need to contact you to discuss your request further.
We ask you give at least 48hrs for this process to be processed.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
